Liberty Elementary's Goal Post Program:

Goal Post is an after-school program developed in part with Clemson University and the School District of Pickens County. The program is grant funded by 21st Century Community Learning Centers that helps students with many skills. The skills that the program focuses on are academic enrichment, homework assistance, recreational activities, and life skills for students in grades 3 through 5. The program is free of charge, provides a daily snack, staffed by certified teachers, Clemson education students and bus transportation is available for students who are zoned to attend Liberty Elementary School (transportation is not provided for school choice students). Goal Post begins each day at 1:45 and ends at 5:00 running from September through April.

Students need to be promptly picked up at the school or met at the bus stop. Any student who is late being picked up three times from the school or bus will be dropped from the program.

School rules and expectations remain the same for the program. Three disciplinary referrals  (school or bus) during Goal Post hours will result in being dropped from the program.
