Title I

Title I, a part of No Child Left Behind and the Every Student Succeeds Act, provides resources to schools where student needs are the greatest. Students receive additional opportunities to help them meet our state's education standards.

School District of Pickens County Title I Resources

Liberty Elementary School welcomes and encourages parental involvement in the education of their children. This page is designed to inform parents of involvement opportunities.

The School District of Pickens County Title I Plan is available for inspection by the public in the School District of Pickens County Office of Instructional Services at 1348 Griffin Mill Rd. Easley, SC 29640. Parents who may have questions, comments, or concerns about the Title I Plan may contact Mrs. Amy Turner, Coordinator of Federal and Special Projects, at 397-1006.

Liberty Elementary School's Title I Plan is available in the LES main office. Questions or comments may be directed to Mrs. Elaine Grogan at 397-2162.

Parents may make suggestions for the Title I Plan at the welcome table during Family Nights or in the suggestion box located in the Parent Resource Room throughout the school year.

Parents are encouraged to check out these family friendly standards, describing what each child should learn in each grade level.
